Management
The Rota Management system within CareSoft 365 Management System is a key feature. It allows managers to allocate both core and overtime shifts to ensure correct staffing levels across the entire service. It also has the added benefit of generating overtime shifts based on set staffing and observation levels provided by the organisation. For extra efficiency, staff have access to book their own shifts, which when approved by managers, will be added directly to the rotas.
